Instructions and Procedure for online submission of Application Form for General Admissions Academic Session 2019-20
Students who have passed Higher Secondary Part II examination (class 12th) of the
J&K Board of School Education / CBSE, or an examination recognized as its equivalent
by the University of Kashmir, are eligible for seeking admission to Merit based Courses of BG-1st Semester for the Session 2019-20
Candidates, who have already appeared or are still appearing in 10+2 Examination of JKBOSE or any other Board
including CBSE, or have applied for Re-evaluation and the final result is still awaited, can also submit the online Registration Form through the concerned University
Information Center of the College.
However, such candidates shall have to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 100/- instead of Full Admission Fee in
the College concerned and also submit an affidavit duly sworn in before the Judicial Magistrate (1st class) to the effect
that he/she is seeking provisional admission in the College on his/her own risk and responsibility and in case he/she fails
to attain the required eligibility after the declaration of the qualifying examination result/re-evaluation result, his/her
admission shall automatically stand cancelled. The candidates who attain the eligibility after the declaration of the result
shall have to submit the required certificates along-with the Admission & Examination fee for first two semesters through
J&K Bank, after obtaining the bank pay in slip from the concerned College within 10 working days after attaining the
Female Student will only be granted admission in those courses which are otherwise not available in the colleges that fall within the catchment
area of their permanent residential area
Go through the program details available in the Admissions Brochure 2019 which can be had from Admission Section of the college against payment of ₹100.00
After going through the eligibility criteria as specified in the Admission Brouchre and instructions click the button ‘I have read instruction’ and then click the ‘I want to Proceed’
Submit online application form at Kashmir university website which shall be generated/downloaded on the basis of J&K Board Registration Number only.
Enter your University Form Number, Board Registration Number and Date of Birth as per your Matriculate details. You can use these details to edit your application till final submission is made
Enter your personal and academic details of the Qualifying Examination very carefully in the Application Form and click Submit and Contiue
Choose the course/subjects very carefully. No change will be entertaiined after the submission of form and fee
Check your details before you click the ‘Submit’ button
On successful submission of your Application form you will get acknowledgement message containing your name and Applicant Number. Keep record of this acknowledgement message.
Click the ‘Print Application Form’ button and get the printout.
Enclose all the documents as required along with affidavit / affidavits, self attested,
and with the signed admission form and then submit the same to the concerned admission committee in the college for verification of the documents
and the details contained in the form.
After Verification of the form is completed collect the fee chalan from DEO (IT) and College Admission Section and depoit the fee in the bank or use our POS facility using your ATM card to pay instantly
The admission of the students is liable to be cancelled in the event of
wrong information/ scanned version of Certificates furnished by him / her in the Application Form submitted online.
